Upshot’s senior consultant, Lin Wilson will take to the stage with Maddy Ford, programme manager from the Football Foundation, to share how Active Through Football has become a leading place-based, data-driven community programme in England. With input also from evaluation partner, Leeds Beckett University, we want to show how collaboration, learning and sharing can enable a programme to evolve to suit the needs of individual communities and become even more than the sum of its parts.
Our presentation will cover:
- The original concept of Active Through Football and how the scope and impact has broadened to be even more than football and sport.
- Planning your data collection and enabling the workforce through a continuous community of learning.
- Tech & Tools – Including whether to buy or build a system, using a Theory of Change, Ripple Effect Mapping, visualisation of the Data through an Upshot interactive dashboard and sharing compelling impact stories.
