Pricing Information


For the use of the Upshot System, we charge an annual licence fee and a one-off onboarding consultancy fee.

The annual licence fee is calculated for each organisation, based on two factors: 

  • The size of your organisation or programme
  • The structure of your account(s)

You can have as many users as you require in your account(s) - we do not charge per user. 

All ongoing normal technical support is included in your licence. 

The annual licence fee starts at £1,100 (+VAT) but can go up depending on size and structure.

To get you up and running on Upshot, the one-off onboarding consultancy fee includes: 

  • Dedicated account managers to configure and set up your account with you.
  • If required - attendee data import
  • Bespoke system training for your organisation

Our consultancy is charged at a day rate of £595 (+VAT). The number of days required will depend on your unique setup requirements.
