In 2019, they created Beyond Sport House, a multi-day immersive experience where leaders across sport, business, social change, academia and development gathered in New York to drive social change through sport to reach individual and Global Goals. This October and November, they are bringing it back across five, one to two-hour impact-focused sessions, so that you can experience real change through sport, from home!
Backed by all the major U.S. sports leagues, Beyond Sport House From Home will tackle current societal and industry issues with a diverse range of speakers and formats while also providing you with the chance to interact, engage and connect with leaders within the sport for development sector from around the world.
They'll take a deep dive into sport's role in issues and topics including:
- Standstill: The current state of the sport industry and how its impacting cause and community
- The Door to Opportunity: Changing how we are using sport through social enterprise and innovation
- Stronger Together: Challenges, successes and ideas from the field on collective impact in cities, the private sector, policymaking and social activism
- Collaborating for the Future: Getting honest about what works and what doesn't when tackling issues such as racial inequality, climate action, gender equity, and more!
Content will be streamlined into a tight three-part series spread out across two months to proactively mitigate screen fatigue and to ensure that every session is relevant and forward thinking.
